Analysis of the real estate market price in border regions

The goal of my research and study is to analyze market prices of the real estate properties on the borders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Based on the collection of the needed data, there are databases made in which the real estates are categorized by the type, disposition and location. According to the database, we can then calculate the average market prices of the real estate properties which we can later compare to the border regions' standards. Likewise, we also consider the specific structure of the database in the outputs, which helps us to outline the different factors influencing the property price. Special attention is paid to those factors which play a big part in the real estate prices. Likewise, we considered the other factors increasing the property market price in the study.

Strategy of Entrance of Company on Foreign Market

This thesis deals with strategies for firms entering the foreign market. In the theoretical part of the work the various strategies and their pros and cons are discussed, together with the dynamics of entering a new market. The analytical part of the work comprises an analysis of the Austrian market and an internal analysis of the company AQUAL Ltd. selected for the practical application. Its SWOT analysis and description of its entrance to a foreign market according to the SMART method are performed. Proposals are given the gradual development of the strategy of entrance, including the reasons for choosing a mixed strategy, and aspects of the operation and management of the company abroad are described; important is the definition of activities of the manager for Austria. Finally, conclusions are given summarizing the prerequisites and expected benefits of the entrance, the goals fulfilled and the contributions provided in this work.

Expansion into Foreign Markets

The aim of this graduation thesis is to elaborate on the proposal of expansion into foreign markets for an engineering company. Included in the thesis are theoretical resources, an analysis of present cirkumstances of the company and its environment and an analysis of selected foreign markets with focus on the Austrian market. The last part of the thesis concerns the proposal and recommendation for the company on how to enter the Austrian market.

The Bachelor’s thesis aims to provide necessary information for successful expansion of GrowJOB institute to Austria. Since 2006 GrowJOB has been educating CEOs and other executives of Czech companies in the field of competitiveness and been helping them grow stronger among their competitors. In the thesis I describe theoretical background of business plan creation and analyze both internal and external environment. Then I focus on individual steps of the expansion and provide a detailed financial plan as well. The most robust competitive cutting edge of the company is that it takes advantage of new scientific findings in the field of decision-making processes (behavioral economics, neuroeconomics) and brings them to everyday life of firms.

Audit of Financial Statements of the Selected Company

The thesis deals with the audit of the financial statements of the selected company. In the theoretical part, there is the general knowledge about the auditing, the audit legislation, the procedure of financial statements audit and the auditing issues from the audited company's perspective. The next separate part concerns Austrian auditors. The practical part applies the selected audit procedures in the audited company and analyzes the preparation of the audited company for the audit. The proposal part contains the recommendations for the organization of accounting work within this preparation.

Comparison of Personal Income tax in the Czech Republic and Austria

The bachelor thesis "Comparison of personal taxation in the Czech Republic and Austria" will focus on personal income taxation in these countries. The basis will be a description of the tax systems in both countries with a focus on personal taxation. A comparison of taxation will be made on model examples of taxpayers from Czech republic and Austria. Finally, the thesis will also deal with possibilities of tax optimization in Czech republic and Austria.

Comparison of Income Tax of Legal Entity in The Context of The Selected EU Countries

Czech company that focuses on financial modelling and advisory is being introduced in the bachelor’s thesis. The company considers expansion of its services. We will evaluate, whether the company shall seek for new capacities in the Czech Republic, or shall establish its subsidiary abroad. Specifically, we will analyze implications on the income tax of the new legal entity and profit repatriation. As is revealed, these factors have an important impact on such decision, and should be taken into account next to the production costs and general business environment in the respective countries.
